Machine Operator for paper tubing and printing machine with relevant experience in operating similar machines in packaging.
Machine Operator for paper tubing is responsible for operating machines that produce paper tubes, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment. This role involves setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring production, and potentially performing minor repairs or adjustments.
Key responsibilities of a Paper Tubing Machine Operator may include:
Operating and adjusting machines:
Setting up machines for different tube sizes and materials, adjusting parameters for optimal production.
Loading and unloading materials:
Preparing the machine with paper rolls, cores, and other necessary materials.
Monitoring production:
Ensuring the machine is operating correctly, checking the quality of tubes produced, and addressing any issues that arise.
Quality control:
Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks on the machine, such as cleaning and lubricating parts, and reporting any malfunctions.
