This policy is in place because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • The digital product was not delivered or you did not receive access due to a technical error from our side.

  • The product file is corrupted or defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 days.

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a system error.
